(VOVWORLD) - Voice of Vietnam (VOV) Vice President Vu Hai has hailed fine relations between the Voice of Vietnam and Guangxi People’s Radio Station.

At a reception for a visiting delegation of Guangxi’s Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television in Hanoi on Thursday, Mr. Hai said that, VOV recently sent reporters to China to produce reports featuring the country. Mr. Hai said: “VOV now runs 8 radio channels, two TV channels, one printed and two online newspapers. I hope that the two radio stations will expand cooperation in radio, TV, and online newspaper in the future. The cooperative programs should also feature economic issues apart from the land, people, achievements, and cultures of the two countries”.
Ms. Lu Jie, Deputy Head of the Guangxi’s Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, said a cooperative agreement was signed to produce a TV program, elevating cooperation between the two stations to a new level.
Mr. Fan Yi, Head of Guangxi People's Radio Station, expressed his hopes that the two stations will cooperate further on broadcasting training in the coming time.
