VOV should focus on human resources: Party official

At a ceremony to celebrate VOV’s 73rd anniversary, September 7, he congratulated VOV on its achievements and praised VOV’s prominence in Vietnamese people’s minds. He called on VOV’s staff to preserve tradition and but keep VOV’s technology current.
