(VOVWORLD) - Human-to-human coronavirus infection cases in Germany, Vietnam, and Japan are worrying, and will be considered as a possible global emergency, the World Health Organization said on Wednesday.

WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said an international team composed of WHO staff will be sent to China, and countries should make “bilateral arrangements” to send their own experts.
