(VOVworld) – On Friday, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and a centre introducing Vietnamese products in New York held a business workshop in New York to introduce markets and investment opportunities to businesses.

Thai Nguyen tea has export opportunity to the US.

Representatives from Thai Nguyen province, Vietnamese enterprises and the US. Rusell K. Statman, Executive Director of Registrar Corporation, said the biggest challenge for the enterprises in Vietnam in general and in Thai Nguyen in particular is that they have not understood well about the US’s export regulations and laws. The laws are different between Vietnam and the US, thus Vietnamese enterprises need to know well about the laws in the residential country.  Enterprises also need to study the regulations of the US Food and Drug Administration to avoid mistakes.
