World Intellectual Property Day marked
(VOVWORLD) - World Intellectual Property Day has been observed on April 26 since 2000 to raise the public awareness of the role of intellectual property (IP) and encourage innovation and creativity.

As the COVID-19 pandemic is causing worldwide traumas, this year’s theme is “Innovate for a Green Future”. The theme is intended to encourage the community, entrepreneurs, organizations, and localities to keep people safe from the coronavirus. It aims to improve the public awareness of innovative thinking and strategic use of IP rights to promote a green future and sustainable development.
Vietnam hosted several activities to mark the occasion from 2015 to 2019 drawing crowds of participants and creating remarkable impact on the public awareness of Intellectual Property.
