Young National Assembly deputies to get continued training
(VOVWORLD) - Young National Assembly deputies greatly contributed to legislation, oversight, and decision making of the 14th tenure (2016-2021), according to a review of their performance in Hanoi on Wednesday.

They have lived up to the expectations of the Party, the National Assembly, and the Vietnamese people, but they need to study more to increase their capacity, according to deputies.
Ngan Phuong Loan representing Lang Son province said, “The performance of young deputies is influenced by their ethnicity, gender, and age. I recommend further training for female, ethnic, and young legislators to improve their performance and that of the National Assembly.”
Deputy To Thi Quynh Giao of Kien Giang called for the fine-tuning of policies and laws to promote the pioneering role of young Vietnamese people in community activities.
