The awards are presented annually to those who have great contribution to voluntary work for the community and for national construction and defense. Chairman of Vietnam Youth Federation Nguyen Phi Long, said: “In the context of development and integration, creating favorable conditions for ambitious and patriotic young people to develop is the key factor for the nation’s sustainable development. It is essential to organize campaigns to promote the vanguard role and voluntary spirit of the young. It is necessary to create favorable conditions for them, including legal procedures and connecting voluntary campaigns”.
