(VOVworld) - Radio Voice of Vietnam will cooperate with the State Bank of Vietnam and Quang Ngai Province People’s Committee to hold an art performance and exchange to promote offshore fishing.


The program will include a live exchange between fisheries surveillance force and Vietnamese fishermen in Quang Ngai city this Saturday.
Deputy Director of VOV3 Music and Infotainment, Ta Ngoc Hung, said the program will praise the fishermen and fisheries surveillance force’s determination to keep on going with their traditional fishing area and protect national sea and island sovereignty: “Besides art performances and discussion with local fishermen, the State Bank will grant allowances to help fishermen carry on with their offshore fishing. The 90 minute program will be broadcast live on our radio VOV1 news and current affairs, VTV and local stations in central provinces.”
State Bank officials will announce new credit support for fishermen during the program.
