Khanh Hoa to set up National Research Center for Ocean Technology
(VOVWORLD) - The Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee has asked the Department of Science and Technology to speed up progress on establishing a National Research Center for Ocean Technology.

The center will research and develop technologies for marine resource exploitation; submarine and diving equipment; marine renewable energy; marine environmental monitoring; and big data and artificial intelligence applications in marine research and conservation.
It will also serve as a startup incubator to promote the commercialization of research results and help establish a marine innovation ecosystem in the central region of Vietnam.
