(VOVworld) – The Hanoi Youth Union has decided to honor 10 outstanding young people of the capital city in 2013. According to Nguyen Thi Nga, Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, the honorees have excelled in their studies, work and youth union movements. One of them is Assoc. Prof. Dr.  Le Anh Vinh, who was born in 1983 and works at the Vietnam National University. Vinh is known as the youngest professor of Vietnam in 2013.
