(VOVworld) - The Youth Union and Intel Vietnam have held a ceremony to awards outstanding Vietnamese innovators in the 2^nd Intel Galileo contest.

1^st prize was awarded to a group of students from Dong Nai University of Technology for their invention of a robot assistant for the elderly and people with disabilities. 2^nd prizes were announced for iGloves project of Ho Chi Minh City and a thermal camera by students from Hanoi. The contest was launched last June with entries from 29 universities nationwide.
