(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Embassy in Romania on Thursday carried 190 Vietnamese people from Moldova to Romania to escape the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

By Thursday night, 370 Vietnamese citizens had arrived safely in Romania. 200 more are expected to reach Romania by Saturday morning.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Romania Dang Tran Phong said the number of evacuees may increase, and the Embassy will coordinate with local authorities and the Vietnamese community in Romania to arrange temporary accommodation and support for them.
