59th ABU General Assembly discusses public attitude during crisis

(VOVWORLD) - The 59th Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) General Assembly opened Tuesday in New Delhi, India, where 400 delegates from local and international broadcasting companies discussed public attitudes during times of crisis and the role of communication in preventing climate change.
The Assembly included seminars on sports, strategy and planning, and radio stations, the ABU TV Song Festival, and the ABU Prizes Award Ceremony.
VOV’s nine entries competed in Radio, Television and Digital Media. VOV’s three winning works are "Bon Phuc" by Hoang Van An and Tran Huu Hung of VOV1 (winner of News Reporting), “The small alley” by Nguyen Thi Uyen of VOV Online (winner of Digital Content), and “Overcoming adversity” by Nguyen Sy Hao and reporters of VOV4 (special commendation of the radio perspective award).
