(VOVworld) – The Government Inspectorate will enhance the accountability of authorities at all levels in receiving citizens and address 85% of new denunciations and complaints in 2014.

The tasks were set out at a meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, which also touched upon the extensive inspection of allocation and balancing of construction investment capital. Inspectors will continue working on pending cases, considering it a regular key task which is intended to protect people’s legitimate rights and interests.
