Argentina declares 3 days of national mourning for Diego Maradona
(VOVWORLD) - The Argentinian government has announced 3 days of national mourning to commemorate football legend Diego Maradona, who died suddenly at the age of 60 on Thursday.

According to Ole newspaper, people in Bueno Aires, Maradona’s hometown, will hold a ceremony to commemorate the legend. The European Football Federation (UEFA) said that matches in the Champions League and Europa League Thrusday and Friday will pause a minute to commemorate the legendary footballer.
Diego Maradona, a 1986 World Cup winner, considered one of the greatest players in world football history, died of a heart attack at his home while recovering from brain surgery earlier this month.
