(VOVworld)- The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has sent a dispatch guiding Municipal and Provincial People’s Committees to assist local enterprises to resume their operation. Accordingly, local authorities will support enterprises with alternative labourers to ensure their productions by 2014, increase the frequency of employment transactions to address enterprises’ labour shortages. Local Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will work with relevant agencies to assist enterprises with incentives to attract more laborers.
