(VOVworld) - Bo Xilai, former Communist chief of Chongqing Municipality, on Friday stood trial for the second day on charges of bribery, embezzlement, and abuse of power at the Jinan Intermediate People's Court in east China's Shandong Province.

A VOV correspondent in China reported that the trial was continuously under extremely tight security. The court’s miniblog said evidence was presented and witnesses were confronted at the court, notably a testimony video from his wife, Gu Kailai. Yesterday Bo rejected all accusations against him as well as his wife’s testimony.
