"Bright Future" Fund helps thousands of cancer patients in 2020
(VOVWORLD) - Supportive Fund For Cancer Patients-Bright Future reviewed the fund’s activities in 2020 and honored donors on Friday in Hanoi.
The Fund cooperates with K hospital and Lac Viet hospital in Vinh Phuc to provide free breast cancer check ups for hundreds of women in October, 2020.

Established in 2011, the fund has developed its branches at 72 hospitals and centers across Vietnam. During its 9 years of operation, the fund has supported treatment for and presented gifts worth more than 2.2 million USD to 28,000 poor cancer patients.
Speaking at the event, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Thanh Man praised the fund for its humanitarian activities over the years which has helped reduce the social burdens. He called on individuals, organizations, and businesses in Vietnam and abroad to join hands with the Vietnamese government and related agencies in Vietnam’s efforts to eliminate poverty, ensure social security, and support poor cancer patients.
