Buddhist followers attended  a Buddha bathing ritual at Truc Lam Kharkov Pagoda

Most Venerable Thich Gia Quang, Vice President of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Council and head of Truc Lam Kharkov, said the establishment of the pagoda in Ukraine has illustrated the development of Vietnam’s Buddhism worldwide. On this occasion, the pagoda held a requiem to pray for fallen soldiers who sacrificed their lives defending national sea and island sovereignty in the East Sea.
