(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Le Hong Anh on Saturday attended a meeting to mark the 69^th anniversary of the People’s Police Force.

Speaking to the generals, officials, and policemen, the Prime Minister Dung pointed out opportunities and challenges in the new development period and asked them to exert greater effort to ensure political and social security. He said the key missions of the police force are to ensure national security, stay vigilant to unexpected incidents and attempts to establish reactionary organizations against the Party, State, and people. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said it’s important to build an elite, revolutionary police force who are truly loyal to the Party, State, and people.
