Cambodian King concludes state visit to Vietnam
Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni left Hanoi today concludes his state visit to Vietnam. Earlier, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong in a meeting with the Cambodian King said the King’s State-level visit to Vietnam is of great significant to the 2012 Vietnam – Cambodia Friendship Year, making an important contribution to bringing the two countries’ relations to a new height, for the prosperity of each country, and for peace, stability, cooperation and development in Southeast Asia and the world. He reiterated Vietnam’s consistent foreign policy of prioritizing cooperation with Cambodia. The two leaders agreed to bring bilateral friendship and solidarity to a new strategic height, and to expand ties between their legislative, executive, and judicial bodies and localities.
