(VOVworld) - Ho Chi Minh City authorities and the Fatherland Front representatives have paid tribute to a martyr monument in Hoc Mon district to mark the 76^th anniversary of the southern uprising. Delegates reviewed the glorious history of the Vietnamese people and soldiers in the southern uprising in 1940 for national liberation.
