(VOVworld)- A meeting to celebrate the 70^th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s first visit to Thanh Hoa province was held on Monday.

Addressing the event, President Tran Dai Quang highlighted President Ho Chi Minh’s special sentiment for and recalled his 4 visits to the province. President Quang asked Thanh Hoa to strengthen economic restructuring and increase economic connectivity in the northern and north-central regions. 
“Thanh Hoa province needs to focus on developing industry and products with high added values and promote sectors that attract rural and mountain workers. It’s important to promote craft production and other traditional occupations and help local producers expand their markets overseas”, President Quang said.
