China treasures friendship with Vietnam: Chinese Ambassador
(VOVWORLD) - China attaches importance to its growing friendship with Vietnam, said Chinese Ambassador Xiong Bo during a meeting with Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong in Hanoi on Monday.

Ambassador Xiong said he hopes for more exchanges between representatives at all levels and to continue to foster the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
Mr. Trong suggested Vietnam and China continue to exchange experience, boost all-round cooperation, and settle differences with respect to international law and shared perceptions between leaders of the two countries.
