(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh has applauded the great contributions made by the Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam, Kong Xuanyou, to the development of Vietnam-China relations. While saying farewell to Kong on Monday at the conclusion of his term in Vietnam, Minh expressed his delight at the growing comprehensive strategic partnership between the two nations.
