(VOVWORLD) -On the occasion of the 74th National Day of Vietnam, September 2, leaders of China, Laos, Cambodia, Cuba, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, and Myanmar sent congratulatory messages to the Vietnamese Party and State leaders.
In their massages, the foreign leaders applauded Vietnam’s achievements and congratulated Vietnam for being elected as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council in the 2020-2021 tenure. They expressed their belief that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people will achieve goals set by the 12th National Party Congress towards building a Socialist State of Vietnam with wealthy people and strong, democratic, fair, and civilized country.
