COVID-19: China’s death toll drops
(VOVWORLD) - China’s National Health Commission said on Monday that mainland China confirmed 105 deaths and more than 2,000 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, bringing the death toll to 1,770 and new cases to more than 70,500 in mainland China.

The World Health Organization said international health experts met with experts in China to discuss the epidemic.
Taiwan (China) on Sunday confirmed its first coronavirus death, the fifth fatality outside of mainland China. The man, a 61-year-old taxi driver, was living with diabetes and hepatitis B when he died of the virus, according to Health Minister Chen Shih-Chung. Earlier, the Philippines, Hong Kong (China), Japan, and France confirmed deaths caused by COVID-19.
