Croatia and Serbia reduce tensions on migrant issue
(VOVworld) – Croatia and Serbia loosened control on Friday to reduce the border tension sparked by the influx of refugees and other migrants. Interior Minister Ranko Ostojic said that all means of transport regardless of license numbers will be immigrated into Croatia via Bajakovo-Batrovci border crossing and the nearby Tovarnick.

Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic said Croatia will open the joint border soon.At a meeting the same day, the Serbian government decided to lift immigration bans imposed on trucks registered in Croatia and goods imported from Croatia. But the six remaining border gates from Croatia to Serbia continue to be closed.
Tensions on the Croatia-Serbia border are growing when flood of migrants from Serbia is too high because the way to Hungary was shut down.
