Deputy PM: Vietnamese, Russian businesses have abundant cooperative opportunities
(VOVWORLD) - The Russia-Vietnam Expo Vietnam 2017, the second of its kind, opened in Hanoi on Wednesday.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung said the event opens up more cooperative opportunities for Vietnamese and Russian businesses. He said Russia is an important partner with expanding commercial air routes. He said he hopes that Vietnam’s garment, footwear, agricultural, electronic, and consumer products can tap into the Russian market. The Deputy PM added that Vietnam opens its door for Russia’s energy, oil and gas development, industrial equipment, automobile manufacturing, mining, and high-tech products.
He stressed that the Vietnamese government will create favourable conditions for Russian enterprises to undertake import and export activities and seek investment opportunities in the country.
