(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc received Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister Men Xom On on Tuesday. The Cambodian official is leading a delegation to attended a ceremony to mark the 70^th anniversary of Vietnam’s August Revolution and National Day.

Mr. Phuc said that as neighbors Vietnam and Cambodia have been nurturing their traditional solidarity and mutual support. The two countries have agreed to consolidate friendship and cooperation in all areas and to quickly complete land border demarcation and marker planting operations. The Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister also met with former Party General Secretary Le Kha Phieu and President of the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association Vu Mao.
