The army, police and youth volunteers have supported local households to repair their houses. Head of the Irrigation Service, Nguyen Van Dinh, said damaged sewage system has been repaired: “We will provide service ships to local people where bridges were swept away by floods. Communications will be promoted to help local people minimize losses during the flood season.”
