She said on Twitter negotiations are still ongoing but given that the end of the transition is very near, there is no guarantee that, if and when an agreement is found.

She said the EU will prepare for all possible scenarios, including a no-deal Brexit. The plan, scheduled to come into effect on January 1, aims to make sure air and road traffic can continue as smoothly as possible for the next six months and allow reciprocal fishing access by the EU and the UK to each other's waters.
