(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said one of the focal task of the Ministry of Information and Communications in 2016 is to push ahead with the building of an e-government.

At a meeting to review the sector’s activities last year and launch this year’s tasks, Mr. Dam hailed the sector for ensuring information security and safety and developing the press.
He suggested tasks for the sector in 2016 and the following years including to bring policy into life, promote public services, and improve human resources on information technology.
In 2016 the Ministry of Information and Communications will continue to revise the Press Law, enhance information and communications at the local level, and launch the 4G technology as soon as possible.
