He encouraged the ethnic minority delegates to continue strengthening their role and reputation in the community and making themselves shining examples in implementing Party guidelines and State policies and laws. He asked the Tuyen Quang provincial Party committee, local officials, and the ethnic minority community to boost communication and education efforts to help people gain a better understanding of State policies and guidelines and greater trust in the Party’s leadership. He stressed the importance of developing the economy and agriculture, constructing new rural areas, eliminating hunger, and reducing poverty.
