The Ministry in corporation with the Offices of the Government and the President will prepare official dossiers for the ratification of the deal at the National Assembly. The Ministry has issued a list of legal documents required for enforcement once the agreement is approved. Implementation plans cover communications and awareness raising, legal and institutional building, competitiveness and human resource, labor unions, social welfare and sustainable development.
