(VOVworld) - Industrial zones in the southern province of Dong Nai have attracted more than 870 million USD in foreign direct investment over first few months of this year, surpassing the province’s yearly target. Projects from Japan account for 60% of the total foreign direct investment. In addition to inviting large-scale investors, Dong Nai province has also geared up its efforts to attract high-tech businesses that manufacture dental equipment, medical equipment, televisions and satellite dishes. The provincial authorities will now pay more attention to attracting investment in auxiliary industries, including manufacturing, engineering and construction equipment.
