40 foreign journalists from 15 international news agencies and newspapers having offices in Vietnam and foreign tourists took part in the “Experiencing Quang Nam” program.
Quang Nam province will host various national events this year, including the 30th Vietnam-Republic of Korea diplomatic anniversary, 50th Vietnam-India diplomatic anniversary, and 50th Vietnam-Japan diplomatic relation in 2023.
Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Director of the provincial External Affairs Department, said community tourism and herb production needs to be introduced to the world.
“Quang Nam’s western region has potential to develop community tourism and grow medicinal herbs. We target to promote community tourism and introduce our medicinal herb resources to investors in China, Japan, India, and South Korea as well as learn from their experience in medicinal herb processing and production. They are our potential partners,” Trang said.
