Foreign representatives hail Vietnam’s preparation for WEF ASEAN
(VOVWORLD) - As many as 80 representatives from 12 countries hailed Vietnam’s meticulous preparation for the World Economic Forum on ASEAN (WEF ASEAN) while surveying the work in the country on Thursday.

During a meeting held at the National Convention Centre the same day, the sub-committees in charge of protocol, content, logistics, health and safety, communications and culture, introduced the event’s agenda and facilities to aid the participating countries’ upcoming preparations. The foreign representatives affirmed their intent to join hands with Vietnam, to make contributions towards the success of the forum. The event will take place in Hanoi from September 11-13 under the theme “ASEAN 4.0: Entrepreneurship and the Fourth Industrial Revolution”. This is one of Vietnam’s biggest multilateral diplomatic events this year, attracting more than 1,000 domestic and international delegates.
