Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung said that new technology will mark a paradigm shift and create a new business model.  Global digital communication is changing rapidly and challenging the press. He called on IT companies to work for the development of the national press as well as their own interests.

 “Journalism is meant to bring out the truth. It’s necessary to use AI in journalistic work to sift through a huge amount of information. Digital technology will help the press access data and knowledge in their investigations and reports,” Hung said.

Delegates heard presentations on voice-control devices, AI application in modern communications, and technologies that help improve journalistic work and commercial activities.
