(VOVworld) – Commemorations are underway in Paris and its adjacent areas to mark 1 year after terrorist attacks in Paris. On Friday night, a friendship football match between France and Switzerland at Stade de France stadium in Saint-Denis, outskirts of Paris.

Present at the stadium, French President Francois Hollande recalled the attacks and called on the people to support the victims’ families and show unity in the fight against terrorism.

Last year, 3 terrorists bombed the 80,000-capacity stadium when a friendship football match between France and Germany was taking place.
