(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) and the Lao Front for National Construction (LFNC) agreed to boost communication activities to educate young people about the comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos during talks in Vientiane, Laos, on Monday.

The talks were part of a working visit to Laos from October 17 to 20 by a Vietnamese delegation, led by Vice President of the VFF Central Committee Bui Thi Thanh. The Lao delegation was led by Vice Chairman of the LFNC Central Committee Chanthavong Senamatmontry. Both sides agreed to increase mutual visits and create favorable conditions for the fronts’ local chapters to foster collaboration.

Also on Monday, VFF Vice President Thanh met with President of the LFNC Central Committee Saysomphone Phomvihane.
