worldometers.info, as of Wednesday morning, the world had recorded a total of more than 192 million COVID-19 cases, with more than 4.1 million deaths.

The US is the hardest-hit country, with more than 35 million cases and 625 thousand deaths, followed by India and Brazil.
Indonesia has become the epicenter in Asia. The Indonesian Ministry of Health just announced that it has recorded 38,300 new cases and more than 2,970 deaths in the past 24 hours. At last count, coronavirus cases in Indonesia had topped 2.9 million, and nearly 75,000 people have died.
