Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that in 2022 and so far this year, there have been plenty of economic bright spots: macroeconomic stability, controlled inflation, and ensured major balances. This conference aims to assess the current situation of the real estate market and propose ways to develop the market in a healthy and sustainable manner, he added. 

Mr. Chinh asked that delegates objectively discuss and honestly assess the situation, carefully analyse the causes, and propose objectives, tasks, and solutions to develop the real estate market in accordance with the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State, as well as the socialist-oriented market economy.

According to the PM, after the conference the Government will issue a resolution on the real estate market which will serve as a basis for promoting the safe, healthy, and sustainable development of the property market with the goal of harmonizing the interests of the State, people, and businesses.
