Ha Tinh-Sakon Nakhon tourist route in operation
(VOVworld) – The Ha Tinh provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism launched an international tourist route Wednesday linking with Thailand’s Sakon Nakhon province. This initiative will promote local tourism with more diversified tourism products and business opportunities for locals. It will also help to boost the economy in the East-West economic corridor and the Greater Mekong Subregion.

The northeast Thai provinces of Sakon Nakhon, Nakhonphannom and Nongkhai are home to a large number of overseas Vietnamese who create a high demand for travel and investment in Vietnam. Travel agencies in Vietnam and Thailand will jointly operate tours with “3 meals in 3 countries in 1 day”.
