(VOVworld) – The 2013 Halong Carnival, themed “Colorful Quang Ninh – Convergence and Diffusion”, will open on April 27^th in Ha Long city. Vu Thi Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh provincial People's Committee, told the press on Tuesday that this is the 7^th occurrence of the carnival. Its highlight will be a street parade involving 5,000 people. Art troupes from China, South Korea, and Laos will perform.
