(VOVworld) – Dinh La Thang, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has pledged to deepen the relationship between Vietnam’s largest city and Lao capital city of Vientiane and other localities.

He made the statement at Friday reception for the visiting Chairwoman of the Lao National Assembly Pany Yathotou, adding that Ho Chi Minh City will work closely with Vientiane and other provinces and cities of Laos to implement cooperative projects efficiently.

The Lao top legislator said she hopes Ho Chi Minh City will continue to help other Laos’ localities as it does with Vientiane.
