(VOVworld) - Ho Chi Minh City Mayor Nguyen Thanh Phong received Australian Deputy Minister of Trade, Tourism and Investment, Keith Pitt on Wednesday. Phong pledged favorable condition for investors, especially those from Australia and wished to boost cooperation in tourism, education and high tech agriculture.

Australia ranked 19 in 84 countries investing in Ho Chi Minh City with more than 180 million dollars of investment capital. Two way trade turnover was 900 million dollars last year.
