(VOVworld) – Cultural and art festivities highlighting the tradition and modernity of Ho Chi Minh city attracted tens of thousands of visitors this week.

The festival featured a photo exhibit, a culinary show, bicycle and boat races, and a firework display.

The 5-day new-year event is held annually in Ho Chi Minh city to introduce a dynamic city with colorful cultural and tourist attractions and a civilized, modern city which is actively integrating into the world.
