Addressing the opening ceremony, Politburo member and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission, Nguyen Van Binh, emphasized that Industry 4.0 is a major trend taking place worldwide and runs alongside the robust development of science and technology. He said that digital technology has made significant changes to production, business, culture, social life, national defense, and security. The event introduced the key content of the Politburo Resolution on Vietnam’s active participation in the Industry 4.0 as well as the national strategy on Industry 4.0 and its transformation to digital economy and society.
