Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said Iran and 5 major world powers could reach an agreement Wednesday, although there are remaining several differences, notably a UN arms embargo on Iran. White House spokesman Josh Earnest said negotiators in Vienna have made significant progress, adding that US negotiators will stay in Vienna as long as needed.
